Neo Bass

Bass didn't ask Wily to make his up-grade; He locked Will out of a Lab and made his own. Intergrating various weapons systems and up-grades ment for Zero, he made a rudimentory armour to improve himself. The result however, was that in his first fight with megaman (before Neo) he recieved far more damage then he should have. Taking pity on him Megaman took him to light, who Rebuilt Bass, but changed his coding to make him more of an Anti-hero then a villian.

Specs: Wings which double as energy gatherers, twin tri-plasma energy cannons, diamond edged blades, secondary blaster revolvers, stealth field generators (helmet crest), ion beam discharger (horn), ram-jet engines under wings, twin bladed tail for added stability in flight, and animalistic legs that improve speed 275%.

Bass joined the Lights against Wily, partly to repay Light for helping him, and also because Wily had secretly left fault up-grades in the lab, to fool Bass and hopefully destroy the disobediant robot.
