As part of the Group's Secret Delibird event, I was tasked with :iconbluekahlua:'s resident, Neelix.
The character is so cute, I had to draw him (yes him, although he does accept 'she') doing something cute, so I settled for having him making snowmen and snow-women while being supervised by her Clefairy minder.
