Description

Since this Picture, I've been toiling away, giving all of my Robot Masters my own personal designing touch. Some are now female, some have been completly changed and some have only recieved minor changes. Allow me to explain:
Team 1
Chainman: Went with a mix of street punk and heavy metal junky. Has axe blades on his feet as well as his arms.
Cinder(wo)man: I feel a short tempered female hot-head sounded like a interesting idea, so I when with it.
Clayman: Altered his colours to be more clay-like, and gave him a more golem-like appearance. Expect his moves to be about shape-shifting into weapons.
Gustman: Gave him a aviator pilot design, hence the jacket and cap. Moved the cockiness up a notch too.
Hammer(wo)man: Altered to fit her current design.
Icicleman: I decided to make him look more like a mountaineer. His ice outlets are now located above his shoulders (generator is on his back). Speaks like a french Canadian.
Plungerman/Toolman: His old persona was that of a begrudged janitor, which didn't seem that intimidating. Now he's more like a carpeter/builder, and properly acts like Tim 'the toolman' Taylor from Home Improvement.
Zapman: Gave him larger taser clamps and a few other additions. Spikes on the feet double as feet tasers.
-----
Team 2
Boxman: I wanted him to look more like a modified crate than a cardboard box. Added two extra arms and hands so that he can reach into the almost infinite storage space in his head.
Chefman: Just made him look more professional.
Mine(wo)man: I went with a sort-of military/police woman look.
Missileman: I based this design on those military missile launchers. I feel it makes his design look less crappy.
Rubyman: More effice was put on the rubies he has. Plus it gives him a more elemental look.
Soundman: I gave him more of a DJ looks to him, and his hands into mega-phones. The rat tail was a last-minute addition.
Splashman/Floodman: New name and new look! The head fin is purely decorative, and now he has a much large gun!
Tankman: Main inspiration for this came from the Soldier from TF2. I imagine he would sound a drill seragent.
-----
Team 3
Asphault(wo)man: Just another excuse to have a strong woman character to make the big guys nervous.
Crushman: I originally went with a street-fighter look with Crushman, but that quickly became generic. Later I came up with the idea of making him out to be an agressive scotsman. Tossing a caber will be one of his ablilities.
Gasman: Has some problems with reimagining him, when I realised the perfect archetype: a Texan! I imagined him as being a mascot for a oil and natural gas company.
Lightningman/Lanceman: His update has already been explained.
Laserman: I complety changed his colours and appearance to look more like a night creature. I feel he may get a time stop ability. Similiar personality to Shockwave from Transformers.
Punchman: I just refined his overall look, making him taller and stronger looking.
Shredman: I gave him a Jack-the-Ripper appearance. I can imagine him with a cockney accent, like "Even'n Gov'na".
Vanishman: Went with a bizaar mix of stealth suit and noctural panther, hence the feet claws and head additions.
-----
Team 4
Cactus(wo)man: I went with a Mexican bandit theme with him/her. Made her female mainly to add more gender divercity to my RMs.
Dartman: The visor was added to mainly because I imagined him working in bars and clubs. Also switched out the old 'huge-dart-gattling-in-the-chest' device with several doors on his chest and legs that open to reveal dart guns.
Fireworksman: I decide to go with making him a total nut-job, complete with firecrackers straped to his body and manic grin.
Foamman: Refined his appearance to match his current look.
Heavy(wo)man: Her/His arms were too small originally, so I bulked them up. The gender switch came when I realised that he looked more femine (amazon is still femine, just very big and strong) so I just ran with it.
Radiationman: I wanted him to look more mutant-like, so I gave him claws and a nuclear generate on his back.
Snowballman/Hockeywoman: Since there are already plenty of snow-orintated Robot Masters, I decide to keep the cold weather theme, but with a different aspect. I can imagine her being easy to get along with, but totally dedicated to her sport, and the violence that comes with it.
Wheel(wo)man: Changed to look like her current design.
-----
Team 5
Furyman: Gave him split colours to fit his move system, but added some white to create some contrast.
Moltenman: He need to be more elemental in appearance, hence I added some areas to look like mini volcanoes.
Mysteryman: Just a little editing to make him look more like his picture.
Partical(wo)man: Slightly bigger now, but still the smallest of all my Robot Masters. Made him into a girl to add to the frustrations.
Sludgeman: His design was a spire-of-the-moment thing, mainly because I found the idea of him as a old seadog with a sewer crossing ship funny as hell.
Tesla(wo)man: Altered to match her current design.
Toastman: His old design seemed kind of wimpy to me, so I gave him beefier arms. After looking at the finished design, I couldn't help but imagine him a some kind of Mexican wrestler.
Whisp(wo)man: I wanted this redesign to retail the thin and tall aspect of the original, but to also make it more graceful, which is why I decided to got with a Asian fan dancer theme.

New - Robot Master Team 6
Barman (leader), Beetleman, Chemicalman, Dinoman, Reachwoman, Shieldwoman, Vikingman, and Weldman.
Reachwoman originally worked in a package and storage company, utilizes her extendable limbs to retrieve out of reach packages. Vikingman used to work in a theme park which sadly closed down, leaving him unemployed.
Hope you all like them....because you wouldn't be seeing the completed sheets until I get around to them.

You can tell the original batches were made in 2007 or so - when Coyote redesigned Splash Man, Splash Woman already existed, so they had to change his name to Flood Man!
